Maybe it would be better to drive it through a mud hole and then put it in the parade?
Wait, I'll cover it with baby oil first so the mud will come off easier!
I seem to remember someone saying that there's some product that you can wipe down your Deuce with that would "freshen up" the look of the paint?
Got the Independence day parade coming up and need to do 2 trucks.
Tried search, but couldn't find anything.
All help and crazy comments appreciated.
Get the local / regional press involved. Throw the local prosecutor under the bus for sitting on his hands - then call the state level prosecutor, or find the guy who wants to run against the local prosecutor in the next election. Get that guy stirred up.
File a class action and get the press...
ARMYMAN- If 4wd, you can mount to the aluminum skid plate just behind the bumper. I fabbed up a .250" piece of aluminum and mounted it with stand-offs to the front of the skid plate. The PMD was mounted between the two plates. Constant air flow and no engine heat when mounted there.
I've got mostly HEATH parts on my '94 6.5 Chevy PU. Relocated PMD, bigger injectors, TurboMaster boost controller, new chip, ported intake, cooling upgrade and larger exhaust. Made a world of difference. Am getting 2 mpg better also.
If you don't relocate your PMD, replacement will take a few...
The red tags on the steering wheels at the Richmond site are lot # tags. I was there for about 3 hours previewing yesterday and that's the 1st time I've ever seen that sort of thing. It's kind of a pain when walking the lot looking for specific trucks - you have to open every one of them up to...
I was at the Richmond site when you sent your post yesterday. Spent a couple of hours poking around. Bottom line, Most of it was cr*p.
I did find the M35 I won a couple weeks ago and hadn't looked at. I was very pleased. 7 of the tires are NEW. The radiator is NEW and was still holding...
AVM & Ouverson about $595. Selectros ? Used... Probably hard to find.
I've got AVM's on the bobbed Deuce and it made a difference in driveability. Took less than 30 min to install.

Bruce-
Yours go like clock work because you are a rock star at GL. With the list of stuff you have / bought from GL they're probably going to print you GL business cards soon
Re: RE: EUC arrived in 11 days
Don't believe what they say.
Have done 15 in the last year and there's no pattern. I sent 2 EUC's in on the same day, with the IDENTICAL drivers license photos. One cleared in 8 business days and the other one is now at 33 days came back because the drivers...
No, one was for a trailer (cleared), and the other for a couple pieces of commercially available at the electronics dealer test equipment (not cleared).
Makes no sense.
Doesn't seem to make any sense right now. I sent in 2 EUC's at the same time about 5 weeks ago. I had 1 EUC clear three weeks ago and still waiting on the 2nd one. 4 weeks ago I sent 2 EUC's in and they cleared in 2 weeks.
Who knows? aua
