    Take a look in TM 10 page 3-15 that shows the filter. If yours is like mine when i got it the elbow was pointing almost straight up. Loosen the nut next to the filter and point the hose and fitting as close to frame as you can that should take care of it. but it dose go on top of the frame. make...

    Control box problems , you don't hear the clunk when you turn on the power switch is a bad sound. Then it is time to get out the multimeter out and go to checking out where did my juice go too. They have been covered in other threads.

    I also see that one of the first thing every one goes after first is the selector valve if these were schuh a big problem then they would not be used on your gas line going into your house. The only thing to go bad is the spring on the bottom. I worked on these trucks while in army and air...

    Yes the 20 cover the replacement of the hoses' But no place in the trouble shooting dose it cover them as being , or could they be a problem . MASIC nice looking truck, but I think you need one more upgrade. Your hand grenade is out of date.

    If you have the correct TMs you can do the replacement of that rubber - and gasket your self . I've done several myself.

    All these trucks need do is suck a little air and you have is a big problem. After replacing all the hoses I've never had any more start problems. The TMs don't cover the hoses. That should be the first place to start.

    Have you tried to just flush the radiator, to me i would almost think it is the pump.
