Can I run cam2 80/90 oil with a mt-1 rating in my tranny?

The speed seemed to be pretty close I was going 55-59 at about 2400 rpm

I finally put my truck on the road last week and took it for a nice cruise today when I checked the speedometer at the end of my trip the miles counter was counting way to many miles. There is no way I traveled 200 miles today could I have the wrong gear in the speedometer or is something busted?
