I like the idea of a M200 rear deck as a kind of fold down porch or step off the rear of the 109 box. Trick is to keep all that stuff out of the way of any trailer movement.
I vote for the 101 w/side racks. The 200 with duals/fenders would make an awkward platform. Granted you could pile a couple trees on the 200. Also, the 101 would be a better fit for the '53. 101A2 with surge brakes!

Without knowing all the weights involved, I think you will be OK. You will need a set of magnetic trailer lights or a similar setup.
Have you seen/inspected the trailer up close? A better idea would be to bring a car trailer w/electric brakes with you. Load your new toy on that for the trip home.
Medic5050 is in Troutdale. Maybe he knows a place. You can store it here in Napavine if that makes it easier than getting it to the East Side right away.
Just get one of everything you want and be done with it. That way you will have backups and can tow yourself when you get stuck. Make each vehicle one room of your new "house". If a big truck gets stuck in the snow, drive a little on out. etc etc etc
ditto.....I had a CJ-5 that made the same noise at speed. The noise would change with weight shift side to side while turning. Turned out to be a rear wheel bearing. You would swear it was coming from the tranny or x-fer.
