What did everyone get from Redstone today?

From what I've seen it would be cheaper to just by the whole truck and take the bed off. I've seen quite a few drop sides in the auction lately. I want one tool

$2500 seems pretty cheap private party, if its halfway decent.

    Value of an M35A2

I thought the trucks were going up in price, but I haven't been watching that long. I still think they are pretty cheaply priced considering what any other diesel truck would look like at those prices. I would really like to get one more but considering they never seem to be close, I hesitate to...

What did everyone get from Redstone today?

I bid on a couple, but since I couldn't preview them, I didn't bid very high. Looks like they had some nice trucks.

    EUC sent to Battle Creek

Mkcoen, your eu experience sounds just like mine. Ive emailed twice and talked to the live chat ladies twice. They said that they have the paperwork but the status "eu submission pending" remains. Then they say "check back." This is the 8th business day since I sent it. This is my first eu though.

    its getting the lifted eyebrows

They don't ask "why do you have this?" or "Why do you want that?" or "What are you going to do with that?":-D

    EUC sent to Battle Creek

I'm glad it's just not me Cruz. I was starting to get worried about it. I don't like the idea of the truck I've already paid for just sitting in a lot.

    EUC sent to Battle Creek

Mine still says "submission not confirmed" or something like that after 7 days. I've talked twice to live chat and emailed once. They said it had been recieved but still no change in status. So tomorrow I'll contact them again. Kind of frustrating:cry:

Thanks Rick, when I get my truck I'll post some pictures. Goldneagle's 5 ton is trully unique.

1st Deuce Purgatory: EUC'S and INSURANCE

I'm in your same boat Rick. Waiting on the eu. I havn't checked into insurance - yet. I can't see why basic liability would be a problem to get. I also disregarded all advice and bought without inspecting about 9 hours away. Your truck looks really sharp, hope it runs as good as it looks. I...

    deal killer? or simple fix?

Do you save enough buying from the GL as apposed to a re-seller to justify the risk? Or is it just more fun. I'm strongly considering buying a Duece and I read somewhere that the trucks from the GL are either pretty good or stripped of the best parts before being sold. I'm in NE IN any good...

Putting a Deuce to work for me?

I would like to know if any one has experience with a hook lift system on one of these trucks. Its a handy system if you need several different bed set-ups.
