Nice build Aaron! Awesome to see so much getting done in a small shop/garage. Makes me want to go out to the shop and start wrenching.
Keep up the good work. Your wife will love riding in it this summer.
Sorry to hear you won't make it this year. As far as I can see into the future, this will be an annual event. I look forward to seeing your new truck and meeting you sometime in the future.
You should not have any trouble with reg. in WA. With the newer age of the truck, you will not be able...
Alex, We will have to do a better job this year of finding you a ride. Maybe if I find time to spruce up the '67 a little..........you might could drive it. Don't get yer hopes up too high.
Had the great pleasure to hop a ride on one while I was in the Navy. March AFB to HI. Had to ride back in a Navy C-9. The 141 was more fun. The crew was training for a medical transport....a dozen or so fake patients. What a way to get a free ride to HI.
A Sunday is fine by me! I'd be in for any weekend day. I frequently have a full weekend of work come up with little to no warning.
These common scheduling issues are exactly why Mike and I tried to give 7 months warning/prep time for the July Convoy! It's always hard to nail down a date when...
Darn carriers always at sea.
Sorry to hear you won't be able to make it rattlecan. We are going to get you to one of these gatherings sooner or later. Thanks for letting us know.
Thanks again for your service to this great country! You make us proud.
The spot is yours for the taking. Last year we had about 6 people camp for Saturday night. Most were in tents. odnorth won the "real man" contest, he just had a bag and pad in the open bed of his M35A2.
With the parade lineup around 9-10am on Sat., I expect we may have a few people show up to...
elkhunter, Silver Creek and Mayfield are both about 20-25 minutes away. The lake would be a great place to visit if you have any watercraft with you. The convoy will be passing through Silver Creek.
Consider this option....You could stay up at Cushman and then move to my "back 40" on Thursday...
Mike, At this time, I'm leaning towards a run to Morton on Hwy12 and a return on 508 via Onalaska. About a 2 hr round trip + Parade in Napavine to start.
