Grinder or drill is the only good way I've found to get the rivets out. Unless you don't care about the boards then a sawzall and some bolt cutters work great.

Unfortunately I don't. I loaded up some 81mm, 40mm, 50 cal, and 30 cal cans. I had about a half dozen of the fat 50s a few month ago but they're gone already.

Parked it in my front yard for Memorial Day and then drove through downtown to the airport for lunch. There's noticeably more waves and honks when driving with the flags on.
