I am looking to modify my existing cab heater to add an evaporator. I want to see how it has been done. Most likely looking for the 1st gen but I wanted to see the differences. I have an crazy idea of adding a DIY AC to the truck. I just want it to look somewhat stock and not ghetto.
I have looked and I can not find any part diagram or list or drawings for the LMTV AC. What I am really looking for is a part diagram of the cab blower/heater/evaporator . I know there are at least 2 styles. Does anybodyhave a lead?
I was shocked on how fast mine goes thought the fuel. Drive up to Skykomish and around Index and that's a half of tank. I haven't driven the LMTV much this year but just looked and filled it last September and it still have over 1/2 a tank... and it's been on the same Sunday drive a few time...
Hagerty have an articular about this. The Montana LLC thing states have an issue with is taxes... Most MVs are not super high value and thus no huge taxes... YMMV

Thanks... Yes my nuts are the two tab style and I didn't see any cracks in the washer. I do like the idea of breaking off the tabs... I may save any old ones and break off the used tabs. May get you by in a pinch. assuming you use them on a different hub.
