I have been asked to simplify the SS BENEVOLENCE FUND donation instructions....
Hence, here is a quote from Post #1 of the SSBF Thread in the Chaplains Corner forum originally posted back in 2009:
Derek,
Thank you for your kind memories and for letting us know that you have had another loss recently. Our prayers are with you, Sir.
John
SS Chaplain.
For clarity, here's a link to Google's collection of M1014 images....

For those who have called me regarding the SteelSoldiersBenevolenceFund (SSBF) accepting and forwarding donations for Lucille's assistance.....
I have PM's Swiss and asked the pertinent questions. He has much on his plate and is on point as of this posting.
The immediate answer is:

Some personal thoughts on my brother-in-Christ, Ron...
Although Ron and I never met in the flesh, never looked at one another face-to-face, and never even shook hands he was my friend, my brother, a co-addict in the Green Iron addiction (and in that an occasional "dealer" in that "drug"...
Heavenly Father,
We pray Your Holy Spirit's covering on Ron's family and ALL who knew him in his walk upon this earth.
We are deeply grieved by this sudden and emotionally devastating loss, yet we count as gain Ron's presence with You even as we post our remembrances, pour out of our hearts...
Glad you've gotten her home.
Your pic shows a rather RARE configuration!

Thanks for keeping us posted on your progress. :driver::goodjob::grd:
When planning a dump-run I inform the neighbors of the day I'll be going and let them add to the load. It IS more productive. AND, I usually get at least one neighborly volunteer drooling for the opportunity to ride in the Deuce and willing to pay for they trip via his blood, sweat, and achy...

WOW !
Somehow I have been completely oblivious of this month's contest until this morning. I have been rather distracted from MV's by the Christmas activities around our LZ.
I must RUSH to the polls before they close!!! But first, I have to study the candidates and their submissions...
Welcome aboard :D Find a bunk, stow your gear, and prepare to get underway :driver:
Nice old MV you've found for yourself. We'll all enjoy watching your progress. Keep on posting notes and pics in this thread as you already have several members subscribed here.
Thanks for posting this up.
Thanks to FACEBOOK I recently reconnected with a somewhat far-removed-cousin on my family tree who now lives near there. We share interests and this may be right up his alley.
I'll pass it along to him.
HAPPY NEW YEAR !
