Compressor Gaskets
I printed them, cut them out and installed them today. My compressor still leaks eh! Did I use the wrong color paper in my printer?
You had to know it was coming.
Gunfreak, I can anticipate these will be 1:1 scale 'or darn close to it' and can be cut out, laid on a sheet of...
G749 m211
Overlordofmars is so right, my M135 drives great. Similar the the M211 but with a different box and bigger, single rear tires.
In my opinion 50+ year old trucks need to be retired and allowed to rest. Metal becomes fatigued just like us and sooner or later......it will break.
I...
I put this in the Safety Forum so everyone can get a look at this.
It is also a very safe garage.
6000 sq. ft underground with an aircraft carrier style elevator......yes, elevator.
Enjoy

Parts list
Clutch, that is such a commendable place to start I had to chime in and say, "Thank you".
The information search can be challenging and reviewing the Technical Manuals will certainly give you an advantage. You've taken the best "build start" possible.

MVPA Meeting
Every Saturday a few surprises show up at our weekly MVPA meeting.
This week it was a T-33, a goat and a perfect 43 ford.
The Aviation Museum was kind enough to open the back gate so we could stage and get a few pics.
Doolittle
This is a 5 minute video inside and outside the B-25's, in flight and from the ground.
The sound in the last few frames, kind of leaves me speechless.
Hope the link works for everyone. I don't believe you need to join up to watch it but if you're planenuts like I am, this is a good...
The 211 Story
After the story about the family wanting you to have a civic, the past history of the truck, the delivery to your house, the original plan/ tear down, parts hunt, parts appearing magically, moving trani's in the dirt............Dons' barbecuing and Grams incredible dinners, you've...

You must be having a cow, or was it a bull.
At least your truck finally gave birth to a drive-train. C-section.......or a Section8?:)
Frontal extraction, head first, tail-shaft last.
You pulled a motor with a tractor and didn't post pictures, come on.
No puttin' G749 parts in the...
That is great news. Keep us posted on costs and part numbers if you can.

M37
Get into the picture posting process (PPP) and put 10 pics of your M37 / M56 on this thread.

Pinz
Welcome to SS.
We're seeing more and more younger folks saving and using the green gear. I must thank you for doing just that and let you find the cure for the addiction.
I'm just learning how to off-road, without wrecking the gear, so when you get out in the cactus take as many pics as...
M1010 Electrical,
I found some wire casing damage at the firewall that could have turned into a 'short' like you describe.
The way mine vibrates and hums it's a wonder casings stay on the wires.
I think I've touched every connection on the truck and so far it's worked. Removed and replaced...
Doolittle
I found a pile of videos on this but this is the best quote by one of the vets.
"My point of view is, you started this and we're going to finish it."
