Nothing on this serial number. Others nearby were all 1984 year. The registration number is NOT correct. That number belongs to a HEMMT. I have info on SN last 4 of 2272 and 2305. The reg # on these are NP084T and the other one is NP085S so your number would be somewhere in between.
