that section might have flooded. everything else did.. so it most likely isnt much good.. i was told that there is even another one farther up into the woods! every time i go to slidell i do go by and check .. just to sell:-D
i finally got a chance to post some neat pics of this duece just sitting not for off the road in the woods. its only around 6 ft but most of the time you cant see it at all. this pics were last winter so you could see some of it.. i tried for over a year to see who owed the truck and the 105...
soak them down in water and clamp them down to something like a peice of plywood till they dry. its really not much of a bend anyway. i have made curved base board with water soaking and a heavy object on a rope to pull down to make it curve.. dont take long Tim
wish i could help but i havnt had any experience with those .. wondering if it is something to do with the location of your fuel supply.. is is gravity feed or pumped... are you usuing a vented system that would allow for free fuel flow... just thinking out load TIm
would any of you nice san antonio members be willing to get a running duece out of that base near you.. its not ready yet but think its getting close... it runs and starts and has good brakes... just need to get it out and store till the weekend for a recovery .. shout back if anyone can thanks TIm
