I bought a cat switch off ebay $28.00. Bought a take off M35 battery to starter cable off ebay $1.00.
Drilled and mounted the switch in the firewall. Wired the switch between the battery and the starter.
solder job complete
Well the solder off/ solder on job is complete...not too hard for a green horn like myself.
The steps:
1) Bought Wagner 4863-1 bulbs off internet w/o pigtails $17.50
2) Pulled back rubber boots on old headlights and picked off sealant with fingernails.
3) Heated metal...
I bought these wagners off the internet. Looks like I just need to solder on the pig tails. Anyone done this before? Any issues to look out for? What do I have to do regarding the white sealant?

When I brought my deuce home, she blew outer seals on both rear axles. I played it safe and replaced all bearings, races and seals. I used form-a-gasket for the cork gasket. No issues whatsoever. Just make sure you set the bearings...
