Did I toast my 6.2 engine somehow, and how do you jump a 24v HMMWV?

You can jump a 24v vehicle from two 12v vehicles. Connect each 12v vehicle to the positive and negative of one of the HMMWV batteries using heavy duty jumper cables. Ensure that the 12v vehicles are not electrically connected to each other in any way.

    M925A2 reverse issue

With the diffs, I'd check the drain hole instead of the fill hole. There might be good clean lube on top of water.

    M925A2 reverse issue

My opinion? I'd check it all, to include diffs, before driving it home. But if the fluids looked OK, I'd drive it the 200miles or so on what's in it. Once home, I'd change the oil and fuel filter.

    M925A2 reverse issue

My understanding is the military was wiling to take a hit on service life to simplify supply chain logistics. I speculate (and that's all it is, speculation) that changing the transmission fluid doesn't completely empty the transmission (torque converter) and that dex 3 doesn't play well with...

    M925A2 reverse issue

The military frequently used 15W40 motor oil in the transmissions. I'm reluctant to change transmission fluids without overt need. I've seen too many instances where one of these is operating fine and then the transmission is changed to dex 3 or straight 10 weight and then there are...

    M923A2 - Won't build air after 60PSI

Sounds like you have a pressure protection valve set at 60psi that is supplying air to that open line. That line is supposed to go somewhere. Not sure where. Wipers, horn, tcase are all possibilities.

20Kw Welder generator ? Does it exist ?

Your load is sensitive enough that this makes a difference? That's somewhat unusual.

Flat towing Humvee with 40,000 lb military tow bar

Speculate for me. How long would it take at 40mph?

Flat towing Humvee with 40,000 lb military tow bar

If my 3spd w/o park goes into gear while being towed , it destroys the transmission slowly and gradually. If your 4spd with park goes into gear while being towed, it destroys the transmission immediately and catastrophically. I don't see this as an improvement. What am I missing?

Anyone install 4 batteries in their humvee?

I started my M998 at -17* with two >8 year old Hawkers.

    Cold weather starting

The coldest I've started mine was -17* F. It had two Hawkers in it that were 8 years old at the time. Normally my military vehicles go through the winter without being started or getting out into the salt. But nothing would start that day except the M998. We used it to jump everything else.

    Trailer Size?

I pictured the M1102 chassis. Right after i removed the ECU off the front and then tipped it.
