Looks good. On my M813 brakes I was able to leverage the brake shoe away from the wheel cylinder with a large flat screw driver and then I could pull those push rod things out of the cylinder with no need to remove any springs or keepers.

If the axle were on two jack stands and perfectly level with a flat floor the wheel dolly would work well to do a wheel seal

That beam on top of the leaf springs is weird and not much compression travel to be had. Are all the M39s like that or only certain models?

Yes, it's best to have a flex section but it's very difficult to find the room to add it in. FYI, the compressor tubing on my bht3b turbo is 3.5"
