I'm pretty sure that's a hydraulic fan. I didn't realize that it was more than one speed. Sure that HUGE radiator is filled up? And I would also check to see if the gauge is accurate, maybe with a infrared thermometer.
I had to make a couple of center tubes. The dimensions that I have are 51½ inches overall length and the outer holes are 4 inches in from each end. That would make them 43½ inches apart.I'm curious of what your front holes measure.

Are 1078s old enough? Could be a good alternative to run heavy non comm. I like the stenciled plate number instead of displaying a plate idea best. One rattle can of paint and I can register all of my trucks in an hour.
Its amazing how different the results are from different bmv's and title offices in Ohio. I guess it is interpretation of the laws. I have not heard of this heavy non comm plate yet.
