The tank just has two baffles in it, if that is what your asking?
I would not think the air bubbles would be a problem with more then 10-15 gals. in the tank.
You maybe getting air in some other place.
I am the one that did the post you listed and I do not think the Dump truck seat will work in a cargo truck (to short for one). I think the leg spacing is not the same. Also the seats just unhook from the back and then hook into the bed of the dump.
I will check the spacing this morning.
The 11.00x20's do not do so good in sand. Just put it in 6x6 and air down a little and you should be fine.
Most of the problems will come when you try to turn.
That is going to be a 1983-85. You can check with Carnac in his post.

Well the light came on in my little brain and I have no problem now. see pics.
I unhooked the seat part and moved the seat to the holes in the bed. aua
That is why the seat part unhooks and there is holes in the bed!!!!aua
