Since it happened before is it something to do with how you treat the guy on the other end of the line ?

It sounds like you may need to trace the wire going to the sensor to see if it has rubbed through on something and getting a intermittent ground.
That seems like the fair way to settle it , rather than a moderator or admin reopening it to pick the winner. If they were going extend the time vote they should have extended it for everybody. Kind of a tainted win this month .
Actually I was going to vote for you but it was closed when I logged on earlier, if you look at the last couple comments before mine it closed with a tie.

I've welded a few 9 inch ford for dirt track cars , but can't say I would do it to a deuce. And it seems like there is way more crap to break in LMTV axles.

While you may want the best parts you can buy that is not the way a lot of people on this forum think. Many don't care about the quality of the parts or how they cobble stuff together as long as it is cheap .
