    Need Help, SF97

How long ago did you purchase them and from who ? You can probably register the trailers in Maine over the internet search Maine's website. If you bought the truck from GL the $60 you though you were going to save isn't such a deal anymore.

    Help finding/buying M35 Deuce

Searching you would try "Military trucks" this works good on C/L or "M35A2" or "m35" or whatever variant your looking for. For the most part the days of buying them from government auctions are long gone . There are a few for sale in the SS classifieds , e-pay ect. You may still find a few...

Hard Choice: Buy M923A2 -OR- Wait For LMTV ?

Well there is good points to having matching trucks in Alaska , I would guess many parts come from the lower 48 and with 2 you be able to keep one rolling in a pinch. You won't need as many spare parts since the spares will fit either truck. I know the M939 series uses more commercial parts ...

    ValuCraft Water pump

Well this brings up more questions , What is the warranty on each ? How many hours does it take to change ? From looking at the number of bolts I would say there is a bunch of stuff bolted to it. ( I've never changed one on a CUCV) But have done some early to mid 90's small block chevy's you...

Civilian Headlight and Keyed Ignition Switches for FMTV/LMTV - Looking for Input

As I posted the military has a exemption that passes to future owners ( This is clear in the copy of the letter I posted and has been a key point in title and registering battles in several states) . Here in michigan the courts have ruled no plate light is needed as it didn't come with one...

Civilian Headlight and Keyed Ignition Switches for FMTV/LMTV - Looking for Input

Claiming they are illegal to uninformed FMV owner's is a good sales pitch .

Civilian Headlight and Keyed Ignition Switches for FMTV/LMTV - Looking for Input

It may be illegal after you modify the trucks you sell , but it is not illegal to buyers of military trucks that are original. The military exemption transfers to future owners with the vehicle. Posting this kind of misinformation isn't good for the FMV community According to; Floridia FMV...
