Seems like way too much money. Does not seem fair to the guy/gal that bid $3000 thinking none could go for less. But if you need an engine what are you going to do.
sometimes on older vehicles, the bayonet style gas caps are interchangeable with the radiator caps on a temporary basis. not really pressure rated but depending on the situation your in it might be good to know. modern vehicles not so much.
Any thoughts on a rough number you paid, plus or minus a few hundred dollars say?? Some of us have no feel at all for the $$ value or reasonable market conditions.
