Ok guys I reinstalled the master cylinder and airpack today,I also got the fuel tank ready to be installed and the drivers side hub reflip started will finish it tomorrow and start on drilling holes also need more primer.
I am not going to do it if I cant do it safely. Uhaul trailers aren't rated for 2100lbs and I dont know anyone I can borrow one from.So I ll have to think on this some more.
I wanted to make sure I d be safe pulling this trailer with my LDS465 I have a 1985 GMC Suburban 2500 2wd 350cid hitch is rated 1000 tongue# 4000 deadweight# 9500 trailer weight# no trailer brakes.

Ok guys I solved my offset problem I ll have to flip my hubs back to stock. I flipped the rim first to see what I had and WOW went from 9 1/2" to a whopping 22 1/2" so I measured the hub where the rim would rest stock 5 1/2" roughly then subtracted it from 22 1/2" and that put me at 17" then...
