You mentioned bleeding the fuel filters , but have you also changed them ?
As Tinstar mentioned plugged sock or pin holes in the pick-up . How much fuel is in it ?
does it do it with a full tank ?
No where close to that . The actual numbers are in the link I posted above . It depends on who did the rebuild, the trucks rebuilt by the National Guard were cheaper than those done by AM General .

If your ring and pinion is shot , I would look at slop in the chain in the transfer case . Stretched chains are a common problem with NP203 transfer cases .
You might want to take your own advice and do some reading and research. Almost all your thread end with you getting a attitude with anybody that doesn't tell you what you want to hear.

Depending on where the wheel cylinder was made it may have incorrect springs or no cup expanders which leads to leaking. Some good info in this thread post #1.

It looks like it would be pretty easy to rip that spare off the truck . If your running duels and a stock spare on the drivers side you got 5 spares . You can get by with 1 tire on the rear if need be.
You can't blame Gov Planet because Florida quit issuing titles due to some Florida buyers not wanting to follow the rules they agreed to when they bid on them.
You could add a Mico line lock ( like they use on wreckers ) to lock the brakes while you choke the tires , but I wouldn't use one for a parking brake.

It guess it depends on how you plan to use the truck . If you plan on getting in water over the batteries 6TL's is the way to go as they are sealed . Also if you plan on driving it in the winter to small of a battery will shorten the life of your starter ( there is a reason most heavy equipment...
You should download and read the operators TM before you leave (if you haven't already) . For safety and to avoid costly repairs from not being operated properly.
