Are you going by the gauge or have you checked the tank ? is there power to the pink wire on the IP ?

Also check your battery cables for resistance , just because they look good on the ends doesn't mean they are not corroded under the insulation .

Also does the location the truck is at allow driving them off the lot ? Some sites require them to be towed or trailered off of the lot. Will they allow you to work on it ? Some site don't.

There should be a circut breaker to 3 lever light switch , the brake lights get power through that switch . Check for power to the brake light switch , if no power there check 3-way light switch.
