    Looks like the inspection cover for the flex plate and torque converter. The TM's that end in -P are the parts TM's and have illustrations.

    No you need a tester like this http://www.harborfreight.com/100-amp-6-volt12-volt-battery-load-tester-69888-9193.html Most auto parts or battery dealers will test them for free , just make sure they are charged.

    Charge , then load test the batteries . Keep in mind running it with bad batteries can fry the alternator .

    Blizzard and Western are owned and manufactured by the same company. Fishers tend to be hard on frames with the cutting edge being the only part of the blade that trips , but they do clean well.

    I would agree with Floridianson on price. It depends on how fast you want to sell it , if your willing to wait a year or two you might get close to what you want . It's a narrow market and a even smaller pool of potential buyers with deep pockets.Not that many people really have a need for those...

    Much like Hot Rods when you build something to your personal taste , you rarely get what you have invested into it . The next guy will have his own list of mods to do to it . And they flooded the market with 939's.

    Gl did the same thing with deuces and some people waited close to a year for their EUC this nothing new .

    Some starts are not as easy as Texas on getting titles it looks like PA is one that requires a sheriffs sale , so the government gets the money instead of the property owner.

    You don't think eliminating 299 EUC's per event wouldn't speed things up ? I can remember threads where EUC's took over 9 months back with the flood of deuces and then the hold for radiation in the gauges. You could spend 4 times as much and have tomorrow from a dealer, it's all part of dealing...
