Ok now I have a problem. On the passenger side of the winch I added oil and it started coming right back out at the bottom from behind the spool Do I need a new seal?

There are two fill holes on the top of the winch now do I fill to top or what?? How do I know if there is enough gear oil?

You might have broke one of the forks

Make sure your wheels are on tight, And have you recently taken the Drums off to change the brake shoes or wheel bearings? Because the hubs might not be on tight enough.

I'm taking my parts deuce apart slowly and i don't need the chassis its just the bare chassis, Is it worth anything or should I scrap it? It will be a long time before i get to that point. I just feel bad scraping it.

Is it a C Whistler turbo ?

I live here in VA and I have had 2 deuces shipped from FL and PA, and for some reason I have found it cheaper to call towing guys that are located near your truck. Definitely call around till you get a cheaper price.
