With coolant in oil, You need to change the rod and main bearings, also. The coolant will ruin the coating on the bearings.

At first it looks like the spare tire hoist, Hmm...... I like to know myself.

its more likely that its the oil cooler. its made for the coolant to keep the temp down on the oil. either the oil element or the seals have gone bad. keep us posted, thanks.
