What year Dodge pickups came with the 5.9 set up?. I assume you are talking Dodge here. What about GM or Ford diesels or are they not suited for this purpose?.

All your right turn air leaked out over the winter or someone used lefthand grease on the right side of the truck.. This only happens on days that end in a Y.:)
