I did talk to Battle creek on 5/6 and they did say 5 weeks or so since 2 of the 3 doing the EUC's were out of the office for training in DC. I am considered a first time EUC since its been 5 years since my last one. my first one was as follow.

according to customer service when I called my EUC was sent the same day I filled mine out 4/8 on 5/5 I got a call from battle creek to verify my new address since I did have a file on record with them..... 5/6 my account was updated to EUC sent...
only 5 or so states want a notarized bill of sale. Rust belt states use the bill of sale if over 20-25 year idea... so go with the SF97 most surplus has not been titled before..
