wheel HI no the bias is a diff wheel less wheel half studs than other 1.and yes the price sounds good for the ones u found too. Beleave or not the O rings for a 5 ton air cleaner are very close fit I have used hmmwv ones for them.

smog HI yup a M1009 or M1008 etc do not require smog in ca,only 96 up.Yes to brake reqierments all 2 1/2 tons and 5 tons n up are air brakes by ca rules.

fuel HI I might have 1 or 2,also there are about 8 or so NHC250 engines comming up on GL not far from me soon .
