All parts are available and the A2 does use chevy 8 bolt rims from the 80's. The simplicity of the A-1 is nice and it is one stout trailer. I just sold my A-1 and miss it already. was a firewood haulin' SOB!

Grainger has the cheapest price I could find for the 12" pintle receiver. Northern tools is backordered.

A compressor is a good idea as the tires on all of mine have been flat or way under inflated, like 5psi.

I used 1156 and 97 bulbs. Really easy to do as you have a step by step above what wires to connect to.

If it's a 94 or older trailer, register it in Maine. You don't need a title and 5 years cost $90.

I just recovered my new 101A2 on Wednesday that was low priced with fiberglass sides, bows, a nice tarp and A3 jack. I bid on it for the fiberglass sides. Who needs an A2? BTW, there was a **** ton of trailers waiting to be listed.
