Sounds like the weight needs to be corrected , if the D.O.T. puts in on a set of scales it most likely will be a hefty fine for incorrect weight .

Why pay shipping when you can buy the same thing local and not have to wait .

The problem with replacing electrical parts before locating the problem is if there is a short that fried the part when you install the new part it will fry that also . Then we here how the supplier sent junk parts. This is also why suppliers won't refund or take returns on electrical parts.

Does the Turn signal unit have power coming into it and out ? The same for the flasher ? I would trace where the power stops before ordering parts that may or may not fix it .

Did the emergency shut-off lever get moved ? It needs to be re-set by hand.

I would lean towards a bad voltage regulator.

Also check the emergency shut-off lever ( on the pump) to make sure it is completely reset , there is also a manual fuel shut-off by-pass for the electronic fuel soleniod . If you already have not done so download the TM's there are trouble shooting sections in the -24 manuals. TM's for the 939...
