    That is what happens when you work in a boat yard and someone says they are going to throw away a stainless steel ladder that had a little rust staining on it. I blasted it and painted it to match the truck. Acorn nuts on the back side which I'll paint when I do the tailgate.

    M923A2 Aquisition

    Nice looking truck. Here is how I added a folding ladder to my M923 tailgate. It is a boarding ladder from a boat. Works ok but I use a chain instead of a strap across the troop seat racks and use the chain as a hand hold to use the ladder.

    Good work weather Finally got around to installing the new windshield gaskets. Install was easy and fit was great. Should keep most of the wind/rain/snow out of the cab now. Installed the wire for the block heater. Treated the top with 303 protectant, will see how it works. Took her for a...

    Hey Gray, I haven't done anything to the cab yet. It isn't to terribly noisy but I am getting a hard top this coming week and I have been told that the hard top will really quiet the cab and if I add insulation to the top it will get even better. I'll get pictures up when the top arrives.
