The Deuce and M101A2 are at Jack's now. They are still listed because Jack likes cash and so do I.
Anyway, here are a few pictures.
The deuce leaving for the last time; followed by the replacement vehicle.
I appreciate the vote of confidence. I am not too worried about the 3.73 ring and pinion. The GAWR for the 14 is 8600Lbs and I have grownup a bit. Well I haven't broken an axle in a long time anyway. :-D I suppose I could go to a higher GR but I worry about sacrificing power.
I am curios how...
For reasons I don’t wish to discuss, I have decided to rehome my deuce. It sickens me to say it, but I will be going to an M1009. I will be selling the F-250 too. My new charge will be my primary transportation for the foreseeable future. I have an M101A3 that will be staying as well.
My...
I've been using "Purple Power" on the 40+ years of "anti-corrosive coating on my deuce. I use it strait on the caked on dirt, oil, trans, diff fluid mixtures and it actually dissolves that stuff. I apply it strait, out of the sun, for 20 min. and do not let it dry; then spray with a hose. 2-3...
Like you said the 105 is relatively worthless, if you do not have something big and tall to haul it with. They are great for a deuce of 5 ton though. I mean no offense to you but why do people, in general, believe that the price of something should increase just because they have owned it? Throw...
Thanks for the good posts. This process is way too complicated.
I am planning on using my '69 M35A2 as a truck but not for commerce (yet). I currently have State Farm. Same split as my other vehicles but they require commercial insurance because of weight/axle count ect. The cost is $469...
I wish I had seen this in Feb. I would have gladly stored it for a short period. May have even bought it if it was relatively nice.
BTW Counties are starting to pass similar Ordinance.

I was trying to be respectful. "'no there are active auctions that are requiring the EUC'" seems a little more combative than what I posted.
As apposed to supposition, I was trying to backup my point with verifiable facts to limit any confession.
I "troll" listings constantly and had come...
I respectfully submit that you are mistaken. Note the big red sign at the bottom of the page.
It seems to vary by location at this point. I assume others will catch up soon.
Sorry to post an active auction, but it is the only way to make my point, for the benefit of those less informed.

If your invoice does not say "paid in full" you probably need EUC. Only recently has it been the case that you could buy any trailer without an EUC. Many/most still require it.
Your invoice should say "paid" and then "awaiting payment in full" also, if EUC needs to be submitted. You have 3...
Surface prep is going to be the key. Every MV I have seen/owned that was repainted by US is peeling badly. Most of the paint is flaking off on the road. The factory paint seems very stable though.
