As far as I know there is no reason why a personal use vehicle would require a IFTA sticker I know our work trucks have them but they are also a commercial vehicle now this law my vary from state to state but being federal i doubt it

Im with bassetdeuce go with the 5 ton the deuces just suck in general but if i were to get a deuce it would definately be an A3, not to sound like a **** but they're must be around 5 or 6 other threads on the same subject that you can look up and get the same answers you'll get here.

@Rumblecat when you said coat it with oil your saying to just blast the rust out with the muratic acid then rinse and put oil in the tank to stop the rust also what kind of oil im guessing you mean 15/40 or something heavy like gear oil that stick to things for a long time
