Still there is a part of the old metal... Will do to make the new one on the correct position...

Only one thing to do... More rust... the drain hole was closed...

Inside was also wrong... The left side dont have it... :| But have this piece of... metal... :evil:

And started to look to this: ~ The right side was like this: Not the same think... Two patches under...

Looking on the other side I see that have less patches...

A pause was made... and I remove this two air parts on the enginne compartment... The last two screws broke... :evil:

Made this patch bigger to cut after... better than missing...

Missing the rest of the arch... This zone is made with two original metal parts... they were 7 there... :| Lovely scenario... Two metal parts also here... one under the other...

More cut... Looks that was made for that place... :mrgreen: The two patches together... Looking by inside... with a correct part for the screw :mrgreen: Need to grid... The other side is still original...

More surprises... And a new heart wire support to install...

And in this zone is still there the small rubers for the tire support...

Out with the old and rusty part...

Keep going to the back... To join the corner that I have allready done... And another interior box allready zinc painted by me...

Old and new... Inside was cleaned and painted with zinc... Let's weld...

Slowly try to remove some of the rust... Left rear bumper support zone... No lubrification on the inside... :x Allmost there...

Inside the enginne compartment some rust is coming out...

The back side need some work also... All this zone need to be remade... And also the inside support... :cry:
