Oh....I forgot to mention that I had both windshields UP when this happened. So after I slammed on the brakes, the hood SLAMMED back down. It was a LOT of noise & then 2 cars drove past giving me the "uhhhhhhh" look :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

Well....there were a lot going....and they went relatively cheap....and the shipper I am using is CHEAP from what else I can see. SO, I will most likely sell the majority of them & have a couple for free! ;) I think I will keep the hard top w/winch :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I pulled out of my driveway & got up to 50 MPH yesterday and had the hood fly up and smash into the windshield on my Deuce. I guess those little latches are there for a reason! I also found out that the brakes will stop you very fast when you slam on them. ;) :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

BOTH the Deuces that I have are missing the same plug on the transmission. Is it supposed to be missing? Or will I screw something up by driving them with the plug gone? Also....one deuce has a cylinder on the bar behind the front axle & the other doesn't.....what is that for? Thanks in advance!

Umm....if they reeeeally didnt want them, couldnt they just purposely screw up the EUC & get denied?? Then you arent technically "backing out", the govt would be saying "NO" & the bid would be cancelled via GL HOWEVER....... If GL sees people do this, they should BAN THEM so they cant bid now...

Big Bend is one of the BEST national parks that I have ever been to. It makes you realize that you are veeeeery small. I thought that it would be too hot in southern Texas to go out in the sunlight during this time of year :wink: Nice Pictures!

My 2 deuces came today.....and both started right up! I drove them off the trailer & all around my yard for 2 hours. One has a whistler turbo & a cab heater......it will DEFINITELY wake my neighbors up :) :) :) Here are some pics.....
