Also, which turbo? "D" or a larger 5 ton spec turbo will get you more air = cooler, and maybe a 5 ton air cleaner. Try running with no filter and see if it helps.
PLEASE NOTE: this will not work! The air cleaner has another small port to the inside! You have to close it off too. Sometimes when almost dead, the engine will burp, blow the board off grab another gulp, and go again as well.

This has been a frustrating one. First someone lost the clip sample gimp sent me, so he sent another. Waterjet guy cut the clips and sent them to me but not without consulting me re: Heat treat etc. also kept the sample clip. I have an IP I found laying in the dirt at a boneyard but I can't get...
I like rusty's fuel shutoff...but here's another thought. What about a brake failure? If you installed Hank's air shutoff, you could pull it in the event of a brake failure and use the engine to stop you. Like vacuum braking on a as engine that has a throttle plate. I've tried using the engine...
FYI...according to the Wagner catalog, the original 4863 light is 60/80watt and the 4800 is 40/50watt (not as bright)

Normally, people replace one of the filter mounts with a spin on that fits a 2mic. Google turns up a bunch of 2 mic filters. Find a couple parts numbers and watch for good deals on fleabay. I think I got a box for $2 each or something. www.fleetfilter.com has good prices too
