See which alternator is warm after you let it sit overnight, and replace the diode pack on that alternator.

When you mount the marker light, the housing is grounded to the truck.

Mine came like that, USMC truck with guts and a 923 data plate. Put a winch on, and will update the plate when I find one, since it was originally manufactured as a 925A1.

My '87 Air Force truck had the dual circuit brake system, as does my '86.

I have had several USMC trucks, and NONE of them had split dropsides. The only split sides I have seen were the M36A2's, and then only one side dropped. There are a couple other things that denote a jarhead truck, other than the markings on the hood. Also, all the ones I have had were 925's that...

OR, you can make your own converter pigtail, and swap out the bulbs with 24-volt ones.
