I've read all the posts about the 2 trailers. I've owned 5 105 and also have a 1101. My 105 pictured isn't road legal. I am not going to use it on the road . Unless I can find a 101 for 10 dollars Ill stick with what I have for firewood around the property.

Yeah I need to paint the wheels. Too windy yesterday. Yes I had to remove drums. I'm going to remove shoes and wheel cylinders too. Hoping to get it around 2200 ish or less.
Im looking to get this trailer under 2k for sure. The isuzu wheels i put on im thinking saved 150 pounds plus drums and all. Im going to weigh it after I figure out how to remove backing plates and shoes. I really want to axle flip it also with removing overload springs.
It's really close like less than a 1/4 inch. It fits though. I want to remove shoes wheels cylinders. I'm not sure backing plate will come off. It looks like it needs to be there.
Id probably just check grease and check for play in the bearings. The tires are rated for like 55mph. Ive pulled trailers with the same tires at 70 with no problem. Thats an incredibly long drive...
