Chineese parts tend to be a Band-aid fix.. If your down and out, and its all you can come up with at the time , do what you have to do. Be prepaired to replace sooner than later. I wouldnt use anything Chinese made for replacement of critical parts.

I cut my own from cardboard from a case of soda . and used ultra copper RTV , on the tube side of gasket only. just to hold in place and to make for easy cleaning of surface later. just a thin smear of RTV. been 2500 miles and still holds oil, drip free. J.P.

Biodiesel/ WVO and FDC dont mix.... some thing with viscosity of WVO is part of the deal the FDC cant do its job.. I read this info here on SS some time in the past... I have run WVO with out a problem. My FDC is bypassed.. more will chime in soon... J.P.

I used ultra copper.. rated 700*f.. works so far..:-D but am looking for a gasket too J.P.

I just read on this here.. and did what was suggested.... Use old gasket on exahust and apply RTV.. I used Ultra copper.. worked great.. J.P.
