I went to menards and picked up 1/2" copper flex tubing and some 1/2" compression fitting to patch up my fuel line...

Question is this.... It takes 2 12v batteries to make your 24v system. How do you plan on getting 24v out of one 12v battery...?

Welcome to steel soldiers... The factory air filter should be plenty enough for you. A good cleaning is all it needs once in a while. Some of us carry air lines with us to allow for roadside cleaning if need be. There are filter kits in the classifieds for easy shopping or you can get them off...

Until you fix the problem, you can just pull the wires off of the horn. I'd look into it ASAP cause shorts in electrical systems can cause fires.. That wouldn't be cool....

Sounds like it could be a ground issue... I'd check the grounds and make sure the batteries are up to snuff. Then follow the wires to where they go and start checking things till you get back to the batteries. Very simple system to work with... Or you can search the TM's to find where everything...
