Some states only require a bill of sale to get a title if the vehicle is over a certain age. In Tennessee, my invoice was enough to get a title issued.

Only 6.7:1? Jeez, no wonder it's a dog. Yes, milling the head to raise the compression to about 9:1 will increase power by quite a bit. You might even go a little lower, say 8.5:1. I don't know much about the engine, but if it has a tiny single barrle carb, it might benefit from a 2 barrel...
