Hello 69GTO, you should also find out if its titled, registered, if so if it’s current or has back tags etc. You mention he used it on his land so it’s probably not titled, If not find out if he has any of the paperwork to get it titled. This is important if you want to drive it on the road...

Also the cheapest place I found for a new one was E*ay for half the price napa, just type in the part number and socket. US Made OTC part number 1907 for the 3" 8 point socket. Also I just checked the classifieds on here, some one has some listed for the same price I paid when I bought mine.:-D

Thanks 91W350, It will get some fixed lift tabs added to the channel to. we have removable caster wheels set up like vertical receiver hitches on the legs but they need fine-tuned before paint, and also jacking points on each leg as it requires a jack to put the wheels on.
