jd yes I think you just get it off when the starters on the truck but a new from Leece-Neville solenoid is

I did mine outside by myself in about 4-5 hours and did a near by farmer's in about the same amount of time not including the week it took to have the heads machined.
dont know any of the numbers off hand but that Mack motor is the best of the power plants in
the M-39 Series trucks if your lucky maybe it use's standard mack filters.
