OP, a winch that you swap around sounds well and good. It is not . Places winch too low,it will be in harms way. The front hitch will be a catch point. Best to mount your winch high on front of truck. If you want a rear do a mount in bed . As for winch choice china winch of 12000lbs will work...

Use large C-clamp. The chains just make a mess. 10psi is more than enough.

I have reused the nuts and the O-rings. Have replaced them too. Stretch the o ring and use super glue to hold it in the grove,does not take much. Use a five gallon bucket to get the Tire off the ground,much easier to get back bead off.

Switched wheels and tires. Went from 37" 16.5 inch wheel and tires to some Alum KMC 17" wheels with 40" tires.

I use these too. No way to cause more vibs.
