OK, I have looked and read related posts trying to find my issue, This is the issue.
1. Glow plugs don't heat up, though maybe gp relay might be bad, hear the clunk of it when key is turned but it cycles on and off repeatedly.
2. I put a manual momentary switch on thinking maybe that would...
Man that thing looks awesome, I might have to give up buying CUCV's for a while and get one of those, Did it come with all the hardware, I'm sure most do not. And what's the going rate for those.
I took back the Dex III yesterday and changed it out for NAPA 10w Hyd oil, which says on the bucket that is compatible for Allison C-4, Gonging to change both filters and see how it works. Not having any issuses at all right now shifts good and smooth but wanted to change it out before I start...
I just took a load of old military 6tl batteries I had laying around yesterday to Interstate in san Antonio yesterday, .30 a pound, got a check for 267.30. Wow, I thought that battery weighed about 60 pounds, put it on their scale and it weighed 74 pounds, no wonder my back kills me. Got four...

Where on earth did you find such a good looking truck, Lol, Michael did the right tank work for you along the way or did you rebuild the tank selector valve in San Antonio.
Well how do you figure doghead, it was failed sabotage. Anybody that would take out a filter and pickup up tube and then pack the pan with the rags, whats the reason for doing something like that.
OK, All is good to go with the transmission. Put the filler tube and new filter in, 3 gallons on Dextron III and it works. Thanks to everyone with ideas, sometimes its the easiest things staring you in the face and you don't realize it until someone says "Hey Dummy what about".
