    OK, so I dropped all the adapters to the lower position, and it did, as Porkchop said, tighten up the gap in the stake pocket. Good info.

    The length, yes. Height, I dont see how. The sideboards of the 101/105 trailers give the different heights, not the bows. I agree with Porkchop that they are a sleeve for the bigger stake pockets.

    On the steel M101/M105 cover bows. What are these adapters for/do? I circled it in red. They are adjustments for?? Are they a holdover from the days of the M37 series? no mention of them in the M101 or M105 series TM's.
