The 6.2 is no tire boiler, but as stated it wasn't meant to be. Dependable and simple-- Once you go through your regular maintenance, it should give you many miles of service. The older I get, the slower I want to go. So, I guess I'm turning into Humvee--- slow and dependable!!!

Scored 2 nice fuel cans, but had old yellow faded/scratched paint. Used brake fluid and a scotch-brite pad and they look almost new again. Brake fluid wont hurt the plastic and dissolved the paint without sandpaper scratches.

I changed a 6.5 to a 6.2 l. The customer purchased the motor before he knew what he had. Went right in with no problem. Basically the same as far as I know.
