Truck wasn't running,no fuel to injection lines,put a new pump that had the 12 volt coils on it,I used the old 24 v coils,and I put the new return valve on the old top.

Tank is full.

1 patriot-of-many that's what iam thinking getting lots of air bubbles out of fuel filter bleeder. I'll get a plug and plug that sensor off.

Put it in just like the old one came out I put a new return valve in today. When I crack open the bleader on the fuel filter I get lots of air there was air in there from last night seams odd.

No smoke.

Fuel pump looks new I did the bottle test filled a 16 oz bottle halfway up in 5 sec.

Had all injection lines cracked open at the injectors and had the fuel filter bleeder cracked open had lots of air bubbles come out of there.

I used the old ip top with the 24 v coils,I have the other pump still.

I just put a new injection pump on,cranked and cranked. I have fuel in the pump I took the top cover off. When I take the return off it squirts fuel out and it's bubbly. So today I got my 6.5 injection pump non military pump. Only difference I can tell is the top cover I'll swap that out to the military 24 volt coils, and on the end of the pump there is a plunger with a spring on the military pump the the plunger can go into the pump further. Anyone know what...
