After re thinking this ( and realizing I have been up for 22 hours) I dont think this would be a viable idea. While in theory it could work, in reality, it would be WAY too much of a hassle be effective.

The rear axles on a deuce have a PTO output. As long as everything is geared correctly I dont know why you couldnt.

Go to your local auto PAINT store and see if they have a sitcker remover wheel. It looks like a giant round eraser, that you use in a power drill. They work great Here is one...

Sounds like the tranny is gone.......There are plenty of good takeout trannys around for a few hundred bucks. As far as your steering...how loose are you talking about. A little play is to be expected. Also, try the search function, most of your questions have already been asked before...

I have noticed that my non turbo deuce smokes less when burning WMO.
